Early awareness of diabetes and it's clinical signs is crucial. Know the signs of diabetes:

  • Increased water consumption
  • Increased frequency of urination - pet may have "accidents" in the house
  • Increased hunger, but maintains or loses weight
  • Increased sleep, decreased activity
  • Cloudy eyes
  • Thinning, dry, and/or dull haircoat
